The transfer of a domain .co.uk domain can take up to 7 working days from the request. You have to contact our support via ticket system, to receive the tag to be transmitted to the new provider. The latter, in turn, will use the tag to modify the domain's IPS tag.
It is preferable to retag before the transfer request. If you start the transfer first, you will have 7 days to proceed with the retag.
If you do not carry out the retag operation within the established time, the transfer will fail, generating the following error: Canceled - Domain was not retagged or was not retagged in time by losing registrar.
