I cannot send/receive e-mails: what can I do?

In most cases, the problems encountered by users in sending and receiving emails are due to an incorrect configuration of the client they usually use. To promptly resolve the outage, you can carry out a series of checks to identify the exact cause.

If you own a domain registered with Keliweb, we recommend that you access your webmail with your credentials and check that the reception and sending work correctly. If you should find an error in the webmail, it will be necessary to open a ticket directly from your customer area, indicating the error, the configuration in use and the tests performed. Our team will reply as soon as possible.

If, on the other hand, you do not encounter problems or errors in your webmail, check the settings of your client.
