How can I unsubscribe a service?

If you don't want to renew a Keliweb service, please follow this simple procedure. Let's see how to deactivate a domain renewal.

1. Log-in to your customer area
   

2. Click on "Domains" and then select the domain you don't want renew 

3. Click on "Manage" and then on "Disable Domain Renewal"

You can follow the same procedure to deactivate a hosting service. 

1. Log-in to your customer area, select "Hosting" and then click on "Manage"
   
   

2. Click on "Request cancellation"

3. Confirm and choose to deactivate the service immediately or on its expiry date
